Mom and Dad thoughtfully bought us a cabin on Emma Lake!  (they don't know this, they think they bought it for themselves...)  1997 began for us on the ice in front of the cabin, at a large New Year's Eve party.  Many winter weekends were spent at the cabin, doing things like cross-country skiing, skating and nothing at all!
Spring time saw us get the hot tub going.  Now the activities consisted of mountain biking and canoeing.
Summer saw the cabin filled beyond its capacity!  Peter, Joyce, Warren,  Sandy, Alison,  Albert, Katrina, Jeffrey and Christopher were regular guests.  This number was greatly increased by other friends (Chris, Dana, Gilbert, Elaine, Rick, Kim, Karen, Bill, Joan, Keith, Judy, Aaron, Twyla, Sean, Angie, Greg, Laurie) who also stayed over to enjoy the windsurfing, canoeing, sailing. and crack the whip in an inner tube behind Greg's power boat.
