We made this hike a lot longer than it could have been, starting on the far side of Banff. B ut the extra distance was well worth it. We did take the road back down Tunnel Mountain afterwards which made the return trip MUCH faster.
Then a little shopping in Banff, Starbucks (finally) and the drive to the Applause Hotel in Calgary. We had a birthday dinner for Karin at Joey Barlow. Always excellent. We even got the TVs changed to the Rider game for Kim.
