We decided it was time to visit the east coast! And we no longer had any excuse not to.
Keiran was old enough to travel with and we had friends who were willing to put up with us for
a few days. We warned Gilbert, Kelly and Angie, and Diane and Adam of our intentions and
then flew to Halifax in July
of 2003.
Halifax was our main base camp. We spent a few days with Gilbert, then took off to P.E.I. with
Diane & Adam. Then a few more days in and around Halifax with Gilbert, including a sea-kayak outing.
Then a few
days with Kelly & Angie in Antigonish ("Anagonish"). A camping loop around Cape Breton
took a few more days. Then a final visit with Gilbert and back to Saskatoon.
