Our House
Del Webb had about 9 model houses. Four were somewhat smaller, and after walking through we ruled these out fairly quickly, and four were larger, with three bedrooms. We quickly zeroed in on the Granville model. The next one up had a separate dining room just inside the front door, and the largest houses had a living room and a family room and we decided we did not need both.

The kitchen has a nice opening onto the dining/family room, and so looks out to both front and back.
